Delivery time can vary depending on the distance buyer is from the product shipping location.

Shipping rates will vary by product dimensions, weight, and distance. We will try our best to give you accurate shipping rates for purchases shipped to your location.

Rush shipping may be available for your product. Please contact us.

Any out-of-country delivery surcharges and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Information

Products purchased directly from archelements.com are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 10 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, just call us for a return number (RMA) and we will credit back to you the purchase price of the merchandise, minus any shipping charges, only when the following conditions are met:

  • Request for RMA number is within 10 days of the delivery date of merchandise.

  • RMA number has been issued from www.archelements.com.

  • RMA number is clearly posted on the outside of the shipment packaging.

  • The returned item, and packaging, are in their original condition.

  • The packaging is not damaged. (ArchElements will refuse damaged packages from shippers).

  • The return package has been postmarked and shipped within 15 days of the delivery date of merchandise.

Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For your protection, we recommend that you use insured parcel post for shipment. Be sure to include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For security reasons, unidentifiable packages will be refused. 

Reshipment of refused packages will be charged to you at the current shipping rate. 

All packages must be returned to: ArchElements, Portland, OR USA.

NO RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.

Any returns not following these posted guidelines are subject to refusal or restocking fee at the discretion of ArchElements.

  • Panel conditions are what they are, certain items may have minor defects and may require minor repair.

  • Panel ages may vary, and generally originate from the late 19th century. ArchElements makes no guarantee to age.
